WYU Handmade offers free shipping on all orders.
Once your item(s) have shipped, they will be delivered from our doorstep to yours between 4-7 business days. Please note that during holiday seasons, order processing will take 5-7 business days.
Sometimes packages are delayed or rerouted because of unusual circumstances. Please refer to USPS Delayed Mail Information Page if yours is taking longer than expected.
Returns and Exchanges Details:
We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your product, we accept an order for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase if your item(s) meet the following criteria:
- Item(s) must be in new and unused condition.
- Item(s) must not be washed.
Pre-orders can't be canceled until they're delivered unless the order isn't fulfilled within the pre-order grace period. Pre-orders can be returned 14 days after your delivery date.
